Club info

The Richmond Central Football & Netball Club (formerly RCAFC) was established in 1987, and is home to three senior football teams: the Seniors, Reserves & Cardinals (Club XVIII) and 16 Netball teams.

The RCFNC competes in the Victoria Amateur Football Association (VAFA) – one of the biggest and most respected amateur football associations in the world.

The Seniors & Reserves compete in the VAFA Division 3, with more than half of our players originating from Country Victoria.

We have won Senior premierships in 1989 and 1994, Reserves in 2014 and Back2Back Premierships for The Cardinals in 2013 & 2014.

Richmond Central are known as the “Centrals”, or the “Snakes”.

The Snakes train most nights of the week on the fantastic riverside oval – Kevin Bartlett Reserve. This is accessed from Yarra Blvd in Richmond.

Our Club has also expanded to include 16 Netball teams who have won a combined 21 Premierships over the last 5 years.
